A unified PTToC platform

A unified platform that provides clear, reliable real-time voice transmission along with sophisticated dispatching tools would allow them to improve their response times immensely.

The End Result

With over 400 units of M 50 mobile radios deployed in tow trucks, several T 350 hand-held radios being used by supervisors, and numerous dispatch consoles in use by their front offices, 25 individual tow truck companies can now communicate with each other instantly and conveniently.

This advanced connectivity gives them the capability of collaborating to perform their services with greater efficiency and precision, which allows them to maximize road safety across a large portion of Philadelphia.
